The activity presented below falls within the area of Arts Education (Music and Visual Arts) and also has a direct connection to the area of Spanish Language Arts. The activity is designed for 6th grade of Primary Education.
The activity focuses on respect for animals and specifically on the common situations of animal abuse we encounter every day. In particular, the activity centers on the daily abandonment of dogs on the streets. We will use a song by the singer El Drogas called “Collar abandonado” (Abandoned Necklace) as a starting point for reflection.
