In this third term we are receiving different requests from institutes and schools in the province of Zaragoza, and we regret not being able to attend some of them since our work as teachers sometimes makes it difficult for us to combine both tasks during school hours.
The following image captures a moment from a recent talk focused on animal behavior. Topics discussed included intelligence in other animals, their cultural expressions, and their use of language. The talk concluded by addressing the concept of the moral circle, using intelligence as an example. We realized that when we define the moral circle based on intelligence, we exclude many human beings.
But what if we broaden that moral circle?
