Teachers at the IES Juan I de Castilla have considered that making a video with their students supporting the cruel Toro de la Vega festival could be an educational activity.
At Aula Animal, we believe in values-based education and therefore question the competence of these teachers, the school's management team (for allowing this activity), and the Tordesillas Town Council (for funding it). We are concerned about the students who receive these values and the bulls who suffer the direct consequences. Both are victims of a speciesist education.
