En las últimas semanas han sido varias las familias que han contactado con Animal Class transmitiéndonos su inquietud ante las dificultades y trabas por facilitar un menú libre de productos de origen animal para sus hijos e hijas en sus colegios.
The truth is that there are no regional regulations requiring schools to offer a vegan menu. It depends more on the goodwill of the kitchen staff and the schools themselves than anything else. Added to this are the hardships caused by the economic crisis and the devastating impact on public schools and school meal programs and grants, which makes these requests seem more like a whim than an ethical issue with an easy and inexpensive solution.
