Hoy hemos participado en las "Conferences on animal respect" del IES Pablo Gargallo of Zaragoza, dentro del programa que está organizando estos días la Asamblea de Estudiantes, junto con el PIEE de San José y el Departamento de Extraescolares del centro.
It has been a pleasure to participate with a talk, especially since the initiative came from the students, who have shown a keen interest in animal issues. Furthermore, since last week the school has been displaying our exhibition "The Lives of Animals," located in the entrance hall, which, we've been told, has been quite successful, encouraging reflection and critical thinking about how we relate to other animals and the impact of our individual actions.
In addition, and as part of the day's program, a vegan cooking workshop took place yesterday which was a success, both in terms of participation and the preparation and presentation of the dishes prepared.
