Aula Animal, through the CGT union, has organized a course for vegan cooking teachers and instructors. Registration is now open, and places are limited.
Thursday, November 8th at 7:00 PM: Introductory session. Location: Federation of Neighborhood Associations of Zaragoza. Talk: "Speciesism and education based on respect for animals." Presented by Aula Animal.
The remaining four sessions will be entirely hands-on (making veggie burgers, Spanish omelette, vegan pastries, etc.) and will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the kitchen of the Joaquín Roncal Center in Zaragoza (C/San Braulio, 5) on November 13, 15, 20, and 22. We will have the collaboration of Jorge Castillo (Pacma) and Gabriel (Promoting Veganism).
Participants will contribute €20, which will go towards purchasing ingredients. However, if there is any money left over, it will be distributed among the course participants at the end. After each session, there will be a tasting of what has been cooked.
